In the face of escalating climate and nature crises, I believe that the path forward is not just one of urgency, but of collective hope and transformative action. With over five years of dedicated experience managing climate-nature, forest, and sustainable agriculture programmes, I’ve developed a holistic approach to driving impactful sustainability outcomes by leveraging strategic philanthropy and cross-sector collaboration
My journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to turning daunting environmental challenges into opportunities for positive change. Whether leading fast-growing start-ups or international climate organisations, my leadership style is rooted in inclusivity, equipping diverse teams, and engaging a wide range of stakeholders, from grassroots movements to international NGOs.
My work is more than a career—it is a passion driven by the belief that we can create a livable future by acting together, with courage and optimism.
I am also passionate about reframing the narratives surrounding climate change from fear to hopeful action, encouraging communities to not only understand the urgency but also to feel empowered to contribute to meaningful solutions.
By mobilising and equipping communities, I work to build a future where sustainability is not just an aspiration, but a reality within our grasp.
I believe that advancing a livable society requires a holistic approach, where every story, every action, and every person plays a part in the collective movement for a sustainable planet.
With over five years of experience managing climate-nature, forest, and sustainable agriculture/food systems programmes, I bring a holistic perspective to leveraging philanthropy for impactful sustainability outcomes. I also have over four years of leadership experience in transforming fast-growing start-ups and international climate non-profits into structured, impactful organisations that have resulted in over 90% growth in reach, funding, and networks.
I specialise in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and outreach, skills crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships within the climate-nature space. I can synthesise complex technical information and provide actionable insights. I am also passionate about supporting the scaling of climate solutions through innovative climate-nature strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Additionally, I have a solid technical background in reviewing and developing nature-based projects, including under REDD+, and I am proficient in climate-nature mitigation strategies and climate/development finance.
My skills include creative content development, relationship management, and grant writing, with a proven track record in managing donor relations and proposals and securing significant funding in the climate-nature space.

Through a holistic lens of society, science, and effective implementation, this event explores the opportunities Nature-based Solutions present as adaptation and mitigation multipliers by highlighting the practical experience of NbS innovators, implementers, and impactful partnership models.
COP26 marks a pivotal moment for countries to set ambitious trajectories to build a sustainable world. Forests are the natural climate solution with the largest mitigation potential. The New York Declaration on Forests (NYDF) remains one of the most comprehensive frameworks for forest action. Hear from governments, Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities (IPLC), youth, and the private sector to demonstrate how bold and collective action can halt deforestation by 2030.
The climate crisis’s most extreme weather events and impacts are hitting the most vulnerable communities and landscapes. According to article 8 of the 2015 Paris Agreement, “parties recognize the importance of averting, minimizing and addressing loss and damage associated with the adverse effects of climate change including extreme weather events and slow onset events.”
GLF Climate 2021 conference focused on the critical importance of incorporating social inclusion into the development and implementation of bioeconomy strategies. Bioeconomy solutions, which leverage biological resources for sustainable economic growth, must prioritize equitable participation and benefits for all societal groups, especially marginalized communities.
